Returns and Exchanges: 

For Artwork: 

No returns or exchanges will be offered for original artwork or prints. An exception will be offered only in the following circumstances: 

  • Artwork was lost or damaged in the mail. 
  • You received an incorrect item. 

If your order is eligible for an exception, please reach out through the contact form and include the order number. Please include pictures and a description of any damage if applicable. This must be done within 30 days from the date of receipt/close of processing time in order to resolve. 

For Accessories and Clothing / Pre-orders and cut & sewn items:

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item that is still in the original, unworn condition, then the affected item(s) can be returned within 15 days after the date of receipt. Merchandise must be in the original condition with all hang tags, labels, dust bags and packaging included to be eligible for a return or exchange. Please include pictures and a detailed description of any damage if applicable.

If the quoted processing time has passed and you suspect that your order was lost in the mail, please reach out through the contact form and include the order number. This must be done within 30 days from the date of the originally quoted receipt/close of processing time in order to resolve.
